Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid! …..Ordered food and waited an hour beyond delivery time. Called to ask where food was and was told its 9 minutes away. Called again half an hour later and was told the order isn't now coming. No reason given just told to call deliveroo for my refund. 2 hours wasted and have to wait 2 weeks for my refund now. Lots of other reviews state late or non show delivery. Don’t wast your time!

Ordered a 2 for 1 deal with Uber eats. The app didn't recognize the free pizza. Cancelled the order but never got a refund even though fat pizza suggested cancelling it and ordering again via them. I'm now out of pockets £22. Called fat pizza who weren't interested to help.
