    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have a camper-van and we took it in for some engine work as it was leaking oil. We got a call to advise they had found the leak. It was going to cost £2k plus vat. We agreed to pay as we thought this would solve the issues we had been having. THREE times we took it back and forth and each time it was more and more money. The oil is leaking more now than it was when we originally took it in. We have now taken the van back from the garage and the repairs are still not done. Not only have we been charged extremely high labour costs due to misdiagnosis but the price for parts is also questionable with having to wait over 20 minutes for an itemised quote and 3 days for an itemised bill of which isn’t actually itemised with costs of each part- I believe in honesty and transparency to run a good business and I don’t believe this garage does this! We will be getting this vehicle inspected and we will be seeking advice. **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**

    Sent my motorcycle in for an electrical fault and to put aftermarket wheels on the bike in September 2022 after having the bike till April 2023 they couldn't find the electrical problem ,but it righted itself ? And couldn't get hold of the bearings for the new wheels ( I purchased them online in 5 minutes ) also asked them to service and MOT my bike which wasn't done , just been to MOT it and the front tyre has been put on the wrong way and an indicator isn't working ,so failed , its in a shop now that I have confidence in to do the job properly. More expense though on top of the £ 1000+ bill I got of fastfit ,even the name is a joke .DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR AND CERTAINLY NOT YOUR BIKE TO THEM ,USELESS ON EVERY LEVEL .You have been warned Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical repair

    Rang up for a quote to fit 2 cam shaft senors they asked do I want them to supply them I asked what's the price for that £500 plus VAT I asked how much is it to just fit then £250 so they was going to charge me £250 for 2 parts that cost £40 each 🤣🤣🤣🤣 an the £250 for the 1hour Labour 🤣🤣🤣 book us in please mate because I won't be turning up

    Rang FastFit centre yesterday after a problem with our Range Rover gear selector not selecting/stuck in park. For the sake of ease and convenience opted for their mobile mechanic to attend. Dave arrived prompt at 0945 less than an hour after I initially called. Dave thoroughly cleaned the unit and retested. Pleased to report all is now well. Dave was super polite and very friendly. Would have no hesitation of using this firm again. Service: Transmission
