A return visit to Bradley's when we were recently in York for a few days. We were remembered by Shona and other colleagues who work in the jewellers! Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is really friendly and helpful. It is a 5-star experience from start to finish with very high quality jewellery that I suspect may be difficult to find elsewhere - this just adds to the charm of the visit. Myself and my fiancee highly recommend a visit - you won't be disappointed!

Visited Bradley's Jewellers on Friday 9 September. I called for advice on two rings previously sized by another jeweller which I wasn't happy with. After reading the previous reviews about Bradley's we decided to visit Huntriss Row shop in Scarborough. My husband and I were greeted by Stewart. Firstly his customer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and the time he spent with us was not rushed. After much discussion it was mutually decided to leave my rings for further alteration. On the way out I noticed a beautiful eternity ring that I persuaded my husband to buy for me. A win all round I think 🤔. Thank you Stewart. Excellent service.

Unfortunately very disappointed with the service provided by this shop, they were very happy to take full payment for 2 rings, but less happy to provide updates on delivery, no contact provided unless you made calls, information provided very wooly. Would like to support local businesses but on this occasion will never enter their premises again.

After loosing a stone from the ring we purchased, Mrs Bradley has been nothing more than excellent. We have not experienced that level of customer care and she wouldn't have accepted anything other than our full and total satisfaction. My husband and I were visiting York today looking for an eternity ring. We had already visited several jewellery shops in the surrounding areas. Nothing was quite right. We came across Bradleys and from the moment we stepped inside the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. We were greeted by the lovely ladies, offered refreshments and were allowed all the time we needed to try various rings without any hint of pressure or hard sell. The advice and expertise was invaluable and finally we settled on the most gorgeously perfect ring, an ideal match for my engagement ring, so perfect in fact it could have been mistaken for a complete set. A wonderful experience. We highly recommend Bradleys jewellers and will visit again.
