Shocking after sales service. Ordered a bathroom which was fitted in 2016. Used Farnham Bathrooms recommended fitter Mark Harding . All looked beautiful after installation . After 18 months the bulb behind the illuminated mirror blew. We followed the instructions to change the bulb but sadly the install is either incorrect or the design by Farnham Bathrooms was not thought through-as it is impossible to remove the front . Have tried contacting the fitter who is not at all interested. The owner Martin came out to see if he could sort the problem, he was unable to help ! Just suggested another recommended fitter. If I could give a minus rating I would . We now have a very expensive bathroom with no lighting in the mirror .
