I asked Lee to come out & inspect a leaking gutter on our loft conversion as it had been leaking badly during rainfall. After having a look from ground level, he got his ladders out and within a few minutes had dismantled it and adjusted the join and clips to ensure it won’t leak anymore. The roof area of our 16 year old roof dormer had become both damaged and worn out. We got a total of four quotes for which The Family Roofing Company gave the all round best quote. We first contacted them from a recommendation through their website for which I received a prompt phone call. From the offset Lee was very professional giving good advice on the course of action/repair after inspecting the roof area. He was very clear with what materials we should use as option (we went for the rubber fleece lined type), and never at any point did we feel rushed and all our questions were answered thoroughly. Ultimately we agreed to have the work done by them. Communication was clear at every step - when the scaffolding will arrive, when they would start the work, and so on. Two days of work was required due to the weather on the first day being showery. On time, clean & tidy and a 20 year guarantee for the dormer roof replacement. Photos of before and after were taken to highlight what work had been done. The family roofing company have just replaced our flat kitchen roof. Lee was very professional throughout he responded quickly to our request for a quote giving us options and recommendations for the work needed and arranged the work to be carried out within 4 weeks. They arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard, communication was excellent throughout and they left everything clear and tidy It's always a bit of a worry finding trades people online however our experience of this company has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
