Am saddened and disappointed with this surgery... we moved to this location about a year ago from woking Town centre and my previous GP was amazing and very well structured and helpful when need arise! So unfortunately for us to come and join this surgery that I cam bearly get an appointment... I recall my last ordeal with them when I had to literally call in tears to ask for my blood result that I was told the Doctor will call me back after amonth to give me the result ☹? I literally cries and begged them to review the date to a much earlier date I can't wait for another month to get medication ...! Now it's even worst .. I had an endoscopy done about a month and a half, the result has reached the practice and I have confirmed that , But the reason is that am told the doctor hasn't reviewed it yet!!!! This is a condition I have tried and attempted to treat more than 3 times but the medication they prescribed me seems not to work .. am in distress and pain everyday!!NO HELP ... am planing to move to a different surgery once am done with this one ... this is unacceptable 😤... despite the fact am from a different nationality.. I have never experiences such in my whole life !!! I feel less important .

Booking an appointment to see a GP has become ridiculous! You wait 30mins on the phone only to be walked through the online form. They are fairly responsive to this request, but automate non critical patients and suggest a walk-in centre instead. I was requesting a child’s appointment, non critical, but told they have no appointments…I can only assume they are booked for the next 11 months?! Honestly it’s less painful waiting 4 hours at the walk-in than dealing with this surgery.

Have tonsillitis just want some antibiotics they apparently can’t get me a appointment as said go to walk in centre, I explained I have 2 autistic children and my daughter has impetigo which is highly contagious, not there problem, offered to send pic of throat, even had a nurse confirm who was next to me at work, they said I will have to take my daughter to walk in centre with me and risk infecting everyone

Trying to get an appointment is almost impossible, why can’t the doctors just go back to how it use to be pre covid, they have a duty of care but don’t care. Receptionists are very rude if I could give negative stars I would.

Enough stress to cause a heart attack! Can never get an appointment, the app never lets us access it, wait 40 minutes on the phone to speak to the receptionist who was totally unhelpful to my husband. Still cannot get an appointment! All those has taken 1.5 hours of our lives for zero help!! Arghhh!
