Healthy Pet Store
The Family Dog Club runs our in-house learning labs on a variety of training and behaviour topics. This gives our Customer Advisors a very general overview of each subject and how it relates to what we do in the store with customers and their dogs. Jeanette presents each topic with skill, experience and personal opinion backed up by a very broad brush look at the latest research, in a down to earth and friendly way. We are very lucky to have this opportunity to enhance our basic knowledge.

First ever time writing a review, Jeanette is one of the best dog behaviourists I'd ever hope to meet, she listens, she's respectful, she pays attention not just to my dogs [Shadow and Loki] but also to myself, which I feel is important as she's very easy to approach, I would give you 10 stars if I could, thank you so much for everything you've done and everything we're going to continue to do! I don't feel so out of my element with Shadow anymore, and that's because of you! exceptional value for money, and very prompt if she says she'll turn up at a certain time, and she's unable to ie if she's running a little behind she'll email or let you know somehow! huh writing a review was easier than I thought it'd be!
