My Husband found The Family Business Tattoo when he was looking for a reputable artist to do a design for me and soon after he contacted them on a Sunday evening, he received a reply. After a few emails back and forth I was booked in to get my tattoo done within a week with Alessandro. Alessandro was amazing and contacted me and asked for me to send him a few ideas that I had in mind. On the day, everyone was so friendly and I thanked the member of staff who had replied to my Husband so quickly - that’s certainly a good sign of quality customer service!!! Alessandro was amazing and I am so pleased with my tattoo - he was even lovely enough to buy me a coffee during a break. I will most certainly use Alessandro and The Family Business Tattoo again and will continue to recommend him and them to friends. I got a tattoo I wasn’t happy with several years ago and came across a well known cosmetic company for the removal process over 2 years ago. I was charged a considerable amount of money and was told to pay up front in a lump sum to remove it. After 6 sessions and almost £900 later the tattoo was still very much there. That company - who I will not name - were quick to try and book me in for another 6 sessions. I declined and began to look elsewhere. This is where Dale and The Family Business come in. I was put onto this company by a friend who had had some work done there and told me they were very welcoming and extremely professional! Having met Dale I instantly could tell his knowledge on tattoo removals were legit. He told me that the company before were reducing the intensity of the laser treatment to prolong the course in order take more money than necessary from me. Snakes! Dale told me he could totally remove the tattoo but would never make false promises on how many sessions it would take. It was a session by session basis and I had to send weekly photos to him to show how it was healing over the course. Every time I went to see him I would constantly ask “do you think it’s going to go?” Worrying that it would be there forever - Dale each and every time would settle my nerves and assure me that it would be gone. Completely. Each session takes around 10 minutes and then you wait for roughly 8 weeks before another session. I can’t fully remember how many sessions I had with Dale but my last one was yesterday. Before the treatment it was practically gone - and I mean completely gone. So really yesterday was just to get rid of any final marks that actually looked like a bruise instead of a ‘removed' tattoo. I cannot express enough of how pleased I am with the service. I will recommend Dale and his tattoo removal service to anyone and hope that this review helps you to bite the bullet on choosing this business. Companies like the previous one I had dealings with know how desperate you are to get unwanted tattoos removed so will keep taking your money, knowing that you’ll keep paying. If anyone is in need of getting a tattoo removed, wouldn’t go to anyone but Dale from the family business tattoo! I went to someone local to me and they completely scared and removed the pigmentation from my arm. Got recommended to go to Dale to fix it, He got rid of my scarring and bought the pigmentation back to my arm! One of the nicest and funniest guys I have ever met and can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me. overpriced as was my first tattoo so didn’t know better and they knew that. tattoo took 30 mins but they booked me a two hour slot and charged me for two hours. first 45 mins the “artist” went to the shop for his breakfast and a phone charger. he told me this as i waited. then refused to do the design i wanted and then proceeded to do a tattoo so deep it’s extremely raised now. would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. £280 for a basic design is daylight robbery and i know better now.

I had my removal sessions exactly 8 weeks in between sessions consecutively (6 in total) and followed his advice and aftercare to the T. He is incredibly responsive which is always a plus to any business and personal care. I couldn’t be more happier with the results and feel so lucky that my first time of laser removal was the best experience I could ask for.

I saw him for a consultation at the Family Business, and a few days later had my tattoo done. Wow, it’s better than I could ever have imagined. Thank you so much Jeff.
