This place used to be good, but the last 4! times I've ordered online, they have declined the order after me waiting a significant amount of time.. each time I've given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again some weeks later and they do the same thing every time. The order goes through, I wait an hour sometimes 2 hours and then all of a sudden, the falafel queen can't accept my order. I won't be bothering anymore. Definitely lost customers in us.

Pre-ordered via Deliveroo. The ordering process was easy, nice that you can choose your own salads and sauces. When the food arrived it was packaged securely and professionally. Portions were really big and the falafels were really fresh and tasty. Only downside is the amount of chilli sauce they put was a lot and it was extremely spicy, they drowned it in chilli sauce. Food also kept getting delayed and took a long time to come even though we preordered before they opened, overall was 1 hour late. The driver was waiting there for a long time.
