We visited here today as a family meal out and what a dreadful experience it was the food was awful and very expensive and the manager Sarah was very rude and refused a refund for our awful food that we did not eat!! we left very disappointed and will never be returning and i wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! Visited for a family meal and the service and food was very very poor. Ordered our food and when it came the childens meal had the wrong items with it and the chips were mostly burnt and had many sharp and hard edges which could damage a young babies throat. There was also a major issue with the chicken in the tikka masala which they offered to replace but having waited 30 MINUTES for the replacement to arrive and having watched other family members finish their microwaved roast dinner, I was getting past the starving point and when it did eventually arrive,it was the exact same chicken which tasted like cardboard. I asked for a manager to seek a refund for meal and when she (Sarah) arrived at our table, she was full of attitude and refused to offer a refund and made no apology for the service we had received. The manager was completely rude, unhelpful and full of attitude so we asked for the head office details and left the meal we had paid for as it was not fit for consumption. I feel completely violated and robbed as we had paid for a decent meal and service but received neither. We have NEVER experienced service so bad and offering a one star rating for our experience is being very generous! Food & drinks: Very expensive for the quality provided and horrendous service!
