What an (oddly) amazing experience! I arrived earlier than my appointment, but Ben saw me immediately, and guided me through to a very clean room where the 'operation' was to take place. He explained the process and then began. Having suction on both ears took about 3 minutes, so I was in and out super quick! Great customer service, and a really friendly and helpful attitude. Would definitely recommend and personally use again. And ps: make sure you use Olive Oil beforehand...apparently it speeds up the entire process!!
