The gem of Eltham! This tearoom is truly fabulous! My friend treated me to afternoon tea here & it was one of the loveliest afternoon teas I’ve ever enjoyed. Firstly you can choose exactly what sandwiches you like! Don’t fancy the traditional salmon & cream cheese? No problem, you can enjoy the sandwiches of your preference! Plain scone? Fruit scone? You can choose your delight! The cakes are delicious & the portion sizes are massive! Top this all off with lovely staff, it’s now my go to for afternoon tea! Also! You can order afternoon tea boxes to go, rent out their private garden or the entire tearoom for special events. The coronation themed afternoon tea boxes were simply amazing! Next time I will order more because it just was so delicious!

Came here for a treat & wasn't disappointed. Had the best gluten free cream tea! The scones were fresh, light & delicious. Generously filled fat finger sandwiches & excellent selection of cakes & those of which we couldn't eat, took them home 😋👍☺️

My mum’s favourite tearoom. Love coming here with her. Decorations and cups are so quaint. Staff are so smiley and welcoming, and most importantly the food is DEELISH! Check out the eggs Benedict. Beautiful.

The choice of cakes wasn't particularly impressive. When we enquired if this was the usual selection and if more choice was available during a weekend our waitress didn't seem to know and said we would need to ask the owner. She didn't offer to ask for us. My panini was overcooked as the bread was brown and hard I think this the reason the cheese was virtually non-existent as it had probably oozed out. Presentation could be improved on, no vinegar or salt on table, tomato ketchup used is not branded, and no one asked us during our meal if everything was OK as we would have said it wasn't. We were only asked at the end by which point it was too late to rectify the situation. Contrary to owner's comments we didn't say the food was amazing and never said we would definitely be back. Possibly mixing us up with other customers.

I'm at a loss as to why everyone thinks this establishment is actually fabulous, yes the staff were friendly but our food wasn't anything special in fact my daughter's panini was rather well done & the cheese was virtually non existent, my sausage sandwich was served on cheap white sliced bread with equally cheap sausages inside

It is always a pleasant experience to come here. The owner is super nice and polite, they accommodated us with a last minute breakfast (lunch?). The homemade cakes are so light, they are to die for. The decorations and the miscellaneous collection of pots and teacups are delightful to drink out of, not to everyone's taste, but definitely a showstopper.

Awful experience in here wanted to have a nice breakfast but was waiting over half hour I had my coffee before breakfast came. Staff didn’t listen at all they also refused to give me a refund . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all
