I had my eyes tested elsewhere and needed a new prescription. I was still happy with my existing frames (Tom Ford) & just wanted them reglazed with new varifocal lenses rather than buying new frames. After finding The Eyewear Factory online I popped in and they were amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a price which was very reasonable. They scanned my frames to get the correct size & shape and did all the necessary measurements + gave my frames a polish and adjusted the fit. I was able to keep my frames until the new lenses were ready to be fitted, which was great as I can’t see well without them. When the lenses were ready I received a phone call & text and popped in and they were fitted in 5 minutes. I can thoroughly recommend The Eyewear Factory and their fantastic friendly staff, I’m very pleased with my new lenses and the service I received at a great price & will definitely use them again in the future

Excellent customer service, fixed my old glasses that I bought elsewhere for no charge. Ordered another pair some time later great value and very happy. Asked me to come back every six months to give the new glasses a check over, tighten screws etc for no charge. Would recommend this company, great price and genuinely good customer service.
