I'm not actually with this branch but with a bigger High Street chain, I needed an emergency replacement lens and spent my morning on the phone ringing round opticians in the area. This store was the only one who kindly stepped into help in the nick of time minutes before closing, I highly recommend them for the customer service and efficiency alone

I went today cause the frame of my glasses broke, at Specsavers they told me it will take them 2 weeks minimum to fix them and 69 pounds for single pair,I went inside the store and I told the employee who is work there my glasses are broken and without hesitation he told me I can put them in another frame,it took him 5 minutes to fix them I was so desperate and he just asked for 29 pounds,so fast and cheap, thank you for understanding and for the help.
