I have contacted this company via WhatsApp and phone and they do not acknowledge or answer on either. This is a scam company. Beware

I placed an order on the 21st of January and paid more than 12 euros for priority shipping. I asked them how long it would take and they answered me 15 to 20 working days. It has been 28 working days and still nothing nor any email indicating the shipment. Now the do not answer me anymore... I am starting to investigate this gost company The update: after my complaint on PayPal they contacted asked asking me to rclose my case with PayPal and remove my comment on Google! Then they offer to refund 30 euros on the 93 euros I paid for nothing !!!!! They are big scam , you pay for nothing! Thanks God I paid with PayPal who will refund me BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!

37 days later and this seller never sent me the package, nor my full refund! They refused to send me tracking for 11 days after charging me despite asking them repeatedly for it in writing, and when they finally bothered to send me the tracking, Royalmail done lost the parcel already. Royalmail repeatedly requested the eye corner to file a lost claim with them and refund me, but the eye corner are dodgy and gaslight me at every step instead of following the right course of action. Clearly, this eye corner could not care less about customers receiving the packages that they pay for! I filed a claim with paypal and one with UK gov against the seller. BEWARE- THEY ARE AS DODGY AS IT GETS!

I ordered a pair of coloured contact lenses. The lenses were so different from how they were described/appeared on their website that I asked to return them. They refused and hid behind the huge long list of disclaimers/terms and conditions. When I called, they literally laughed when I asked for a fairer response before being rude and refusing to discuss the matter. They threatened to take legal action if I left a negative review. I have bought many, many coloured contact lenses over the years but I've never dealt with a company that provides such little accurate, reliable information on its website and then refers to the contractual small print to defend their misrepresentation. The Eye Corner's staff lacked any empathy or fairness and have a lot to learn about looking after customers. This is one company that does not deserve my business. ************************************************************* Further to The Eye Corner's reply, I have 5 emails from 'The TEC Team' to confirm that this review is NOT FALSE but its reply reflects The Eye Corner's attitude to dealing with customers in claiming that a genuine review is false rather than acknowledging that customers are allowed to be unhappy with their service and entitled to provide a factual review. Potential customers should be aware how aggressive and unpleasant their staff can be to deal with and its reply is as inaccurate and misleading as I found their product description to be.
