Initial consultation and communication was okay, I even stated that we moved into a properly with a previous infestation (unbeknownst to us at the time), just had newborn baby etc and was assured would all be rectified. Sadly, and most annoyingly, after the two treatments it's still not sorted or cleared the issue at all. When requesting the offered free third treatment after the last treatment around December - was told it has to be within 14days of the last treatment, sadly something we wasn't told or had any awareness of at the time, for the limit for said service. Also, who wants exterminators in at Christmas time?! Busy enough as is haha. We have 2 indoor cats as stated on the phone, but the response was that "they could still catch fleas from outside". - How? Their indoor cats. Indoors being the wording here. So all in all, £200 spent with no positive outcome. Company seems professional - seems as if they didn't try hard enough for us sadly. Didn't seem to want to look into any positive solution either, apart from just "pay again". Don't be too put off by this negative review - it could be worse I guess. I couldn't recomend this company more to anyone who has pest issues. Alison is always contactable and will always call you back if she misses your call. We was quoted a fixed price to deal with our rodant issue and even though our problem was probably worse than others they charged exactly what was stated at start. As for Rob he was very relieable nothing was ever a problem, his only concearn was not the money but to get our children back into there bedrooms and get the problem sorted, such a nice guy. Both my wife and I would like to say thank you for such a pleasant experience, and getting rid of the rodants. Service: Rodent extermination
