I started drink this milk because people say is very good, and after few weeks I start feeling seek with stomachate and my skin get terrible and very affect my ability to breath. I had to stop and just drink clean water.

I always buy milk from estate dairy, because it tastes great and it's unhomogenised (homogenisation - unnecessary process to avoid cream building up, it affects the taste and the way your body digests it in the bad way ), which is hard to find in the shops. Most speciality coffee shops use this milk, because of it taste qualities and high fat content, that compliments coffee. You can also buy semi skimmed and skimmed milk and fine cheese and eggs and more.
