We chose The Essex Window Store to install replacement double glazing. As they were a local company. Communication, follow up and finish of work was excellent. We chose like for like to keep the windows close to their original design. Within a month of the survey we had 6 new windows installed. The team were friendly and hard working and even sorted out an issue with our French doors for free. The work was followed up professionally when we needed an adjustment on our latches to work the night-time locking. We would use the company again and recommend them to others.

I had new aluminium by-fold doors supplied and fitted by the Essex Window Store. The whole experience from start to finish was a breeze. A professional surveyor came 1st and took all the measurements, then the wait for the frames to be made and I had glass with the blinds built in so they took a little longer. The day the fitters came it was snowing and -5 but they just cracked on with it and done a great job. Very clean and tidy as well, make sure you have enough tea bags tho 😂. Would recommend to everyone.
