Had a facial always at beauty box said I didn’t want to have it in timeless clinic as very clinical assistant said ok of course no problem as the beauty box is more relaxing. The manager Annie said no I have to go next door! Then had a facial and Annie said please don’t come back here again! Very rude person shame really as a nice place. Staff are lovely shame about the management!! Stay away!
