After taking my money for about a week, I received a random email stating ‘confirmation of cancellation.’ There was no explanation or apology for the cancellation, or even whether it was a mistake. I emailed Epicentre to ask what was the status of my order, and I yet to receive a reply. This was over three weeks ago..
