The English Garden Company did a great job on a tree removal and big tree pruning job. They were extremely helpful, advising me about other plants in the garden (and one in the house), and cutting back ones that suffered in this year's frost. They left the garden immaculate; cleaner than it has been in a while. They were considerate to our neighbours - careful to remove any branches from our neighbour's garden, and encouraged us to let our neighbours know in advance that the work was happening. I cannot recommend them enough. Money well spent. Service: Yard work

Have used other garden companies in the past and this company is by far the most superior. They were early to arrive, worked quickly and efficiently, were very friendly and knowledgeable and left with a total transformation of the garden - could not recommend them highly enough, don't look anywhere else if you want the best service at a reasonable price. I have enjoyed the process of having front and back garden completetly revamped and it was quality and professional and totally amazing. In about 5 hours the garden was totally transformed. They were fully equipped with the best tools to do the job. No stress and they were very flexible and I had the happiest experience. I did research for months and spoke with different companies before I found The English Garden Company. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable or passionate about plants. Their quality is superb, the plants/flowers are beautiful and really stand out compared to our neighbors. Neil has a green thumb and his staff are wonderful as well, every single one of them. Prior to COVID I loved coming home and seeing my flowers, and now that I'm stuck at home I look out my window several times a day to look at my flowers. So beautiful, they're growing so well and they bring immense joy. You won't find a better gardening company out there. UPDATE: It is almost November and I still have roses and other flowers blooming. I don’t have to do anything and my front garden is pure colourful joy. I’ve been using the English Garden Company for a year now and couldn’t be happier. Their work really makes a difference to kerb appeal!!

Following promising emails and a phone call with Donna, Neil came for a site visit, and was very informative. Once the quote arrived, Neil was responsive in making a substitution to one of the suggested plants. Having quickly accepted the quote, I emailed and called Kiersa and the office repeatedly about making the payment and organising a date for the works – however, I have had no response to my email and calls, which is incredibly frustrating and very disappointing, especially when I was told they would definitely be able to do the work. Update: Following a call from Harriet, the project was booked into the diary a few weeks later. The team who came to do the work were very professional and helpful, and did an amazing job with the garden.
