The Energy Box supplied and fitted my 12 panel system with 6.5kwh Growatt battery on 6th April. The pre and post sale service was excellent - Zoe and the team explained everything and have even taken away some queries to help me get the best from my system when charging my Tesla car. The installation team on the day were equally impressive, completing the job in under a day, helped me set up and understand the Shinepoint app….and left no mess. We are already seeing some excellent returns from the panels, generating 30kwh on a clear day and we are still only in April. I would happily give 6 stars if the system would let me!

Zöe was great helping organise everything and helped me choose the best system for us, and Danny and his team were fantastic on the day. All the panels and electrics were done on the same day, and the batteries were fitted a few weeks later due to supplier issues, but I was kept informed, and everything went as planned. Very happy with the service!

I had a panels and a battery fitted by The Energy Box and am very pleased with the whole process. The roof area was measured and the the Solar panels were installed in just a day. Compared to other quotes I obtained, TEB installed a more powerful system and bigger battery at a lower cost. Zoe and the team have been brilliant and very responsive aftercare team to assist with my changing wifi etc.

We have just had a PV battery installed by The Energy Box and can only describe the overall experience as excellent. From our initial enquiry Zoe explained the various options available to us as well as explaining any technical and practical issues that we were unclear on. One we placed the order the admin. staff kept us fully informed with progress, delivery dates etc. The battery installation was done without any disruption to our normal day and everything was left clean and tidy. It is obvious that everyone we have had any contact with at The Energy Box take great pride in the quality of service that they offer and would recommend them to anyone considering solar panels and/or batteries.
