I was a residential client at The Elphis, immediately after 28 days in The Priory, for 8 weeks followed by 12 weeks of day care in 2021. The care, support and guidance from the staff I received was outstanding. They enabled me to dig deep and start unpacking years of unhealthy behaviours, feelings, attitudes and thoughts in a safe and loving environment. The holistic approach to addiction recovery through group therapy, 1-2-1 therapy, movement therapy, mindful walks, yoga, structure, responsibility, collaboration with peers and fellowship meetings, created a firm foundation for change, healing and growth. I am now 20 months clean and sober and continue to have contact with The Elphis as a peer supporter. Ultimately The Elphis saved my life and created the tools needed to put my recovery first, one day at a time 🙏🏽I am so grateful!

I attended The Elphis in November 2020 for three months, and the care that I received was simply outstanding. The staff were caring, knowledgeable and went above and beyond at every opportunity. I am now 23 months into my recovery journey, and still have a wonderful working relationship with the staff and former clients. I have no doubt that I am in a far stronger position now having stayed in a treatment environment for longer at the beginning of my journey. Thank you Elphis!!!

The Elphis has been a tremendous help to me during my early recovery life. I spent 2 months at the Elphis after primary care, and have continued to receive 1-2-1 therapy on a weekly basis since then. The team are simply incredible, from the Therapists to the cleaners. Everyone has helped me in some way to remain clean and sober. I only have fond memories of the Elphis, even through the more difficult periods of my stay. I cannot recommend The Elphis for secondary treatment enough to those who are thinking about going. The Elphis helped me to start figuring out who I am, after years of abusing myself through addiction. I cannot thank the team enough for all that they have done for me.
