From the first time I contacted them nothing was ever too much trouble, particularly Sharon who helped organise everything and made what felt like something quite daunting a lot more manageable and took some of the stress away. Luke, the funeral director was also a true professional. The Elms also handled the funeral for my Grandmother and when I unfortunately contracted covid, they arranged a webcast for the ceremony with an hours notice which I am forever grateful for.
