Very rare and unique business Family run Run with Integrity and honesty I have never ever had good experience when buying a car from dealers, official or otherwise Always found them less than honest and could not careless about the client Not this time I called on a Sunday and Pete the owner of the business picked the phone and from the first point of contact pete was a gentleman no pressure no sales patter just like talking to an old friend His 30 + years of experience made the conversation very interesting and filled me with confidence When I drove down to his show room I was just as impressed To cut a long story short Pete was extremely helpful and honest He is a cut above the rest you can be sure he will not be stocking bad cars and will be very open and upfront about any small imperfections Very starve experience to actually enjoy buying a car that was very expensive and it’s was much better than expected Top company Perfect folks Many many thanks

Wow, what a fantastic service from Pete and his son Daniel. Very happy with part ex price for my car and my new Audi TTRS is an absolute stunner and like new even though it's 8yrs old! I'd highly recommend The Elite Carriage Co. for your new car needs. 👍 UPDATE:- Sadly after only 10 days ownership the nearside rear light cluster failed! After taking to a local garage they did a 'temp' fix of cleaning the burnt out connector which may last a year or just a week. Failing that a new light cluster will be required at a cost of £200 + labour + VAT. I emailed Pete and Daniel 5 days ago to ask if they would cover the temp repair cost and haven't heard anything back from them! I guess their customer service ends once you drive your £22k car off their forecourt!! Go figure!

At first, I was very reserved on how relaxed they made you feel about the whole process and how chilled out they are, it was just too good to be true. I went forward and bought the car, which was an absolute crisp, love it soo much. Three months later, the car is still amazing, and if there was something wrong with it, it would have surfaced by now. I think when buying a super car, trust is a key because you literally cannot our smart an expert of their own game. These guys are worth the trust.
