I approached the venue because we wanted to do a charity event to raise money for Syria and Turkey. One of our organisation members had hid wedding hear last year and she highly recommended this banqueting suite. I am really pleased with everything and the manager and staff were really good with everyone. We will definitely use again for our next fundraising event. Thank you Abdul

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the place was absolutely amazing with magnificent decorations. We booked the venue during covid but were unable to go ahead at the time. We spoke with the manager Abid and we was really friendly and helpful, he offered to move the date and event though all the prices have increased because we rebooked 10 months later we didn't have to pay anything extra. The staff were really friendly too and the food was lovely. I cannot think about a single thing that could have been better, everything was just perfect. My daughter has also booked her sons birthday in June and all our family are looking forward to coming again.

Booked this venue for my daughter’s birthday not long ago and the experience we had right towards the end of our event was very unprofessional. 2 faced manager (ABID) who twists his words for his own convenience and caused a lot of misunderstanding amongst the clients and other professional event organisers. He also will go down the root of showing his own clients up in front of other people if the matter isn’t going his way. My whole family were disgusted with his behaviour. He showed no respect when talking to a female too. I will agree with most people who have said the food was cold cos it was, food served in such a rush and were very stingy when serving drink bottles to our guests. Also to add one more thing we booked 6-11pm and we did everything within the timing booked but towards the end we got out slightly after 11pm due to the chaos he created. All of my party organisers came on time to pick their stuff up but MR ABID stops them so the party for the next day can get nearly everything I had booked and paid for because he cheated them too. I know when MR ABID sees this he will come back with rubbish to say for this review I have left because he is the kind of person who will not want the truth out. He wants everyone to see him as I did you a favour and I got your contacts out there when really he is the one who is robbing his clients. Only thinks about making money not happy returning clients. ****Please please please AVOID this place****

I attended a birthday at thia venue booked by my cousins; as a close relative and having close involvement in the booking/event, the attitude, the level disrespect and non professional attire by the so called "events manager" , Abid it was a disgrace. All of my cousins hard work and well presented party endee in a disaster. Abid is only interested in making money out of you and taking your money. He had the cheek to pass on our lovely stage that we paid for to the next family's event and the bouncy castle. He informed the people whose event was the next day and offered them our stage and bouncy castle without permission from my cousin. He then had the cheek to charge this family for our stage and added it onto his bill for the hosts the next day. His mannera and professionalism is zero and is only after your money. He twists his words, and when the truth is spoken, he becomes very bitter. Don't book ever!!!!! Worst experience ever and ruined a great party my cousins held. Disgusting.
