    Purchased a Samsung 70 inch TV was initially very happy with price and quality worked for two years and now the screen is blank and the sound is intermittent. When asking customer service was told the warranty had expired after 1 year which I cannot validate now. I guess you get what you pay for and something tells me the components on these TVs must be of low quality designed to fail after some use usually after the warranty expires 😉or these TVs are damage refurbs being sold for low prices. Would defo avoid better go to a trusted retailer spend a little extra it you last you many years

    WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Refund took 5 weeks. Communication was poor. Dispatch faulty items with packaging broken. Avoid at all costs!

    REFURBISHED REFURBISHED REFURBISHED. BUYER BEWARE!!! EVERY ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE IS A REFURBISHED ITEM. CHECK OUT THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEY ARE HOOD WINKING PEOPLE INTO THINKING THEY ARE GETTING A GREAT DEAL. ALL SERIAL NUMBERS ARE REMOVED BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURER WONT WARRANTY IT. IT'S THEIR WARRENTY YOUR GETTING, AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG AFTER 2 MONTHS YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM TO BE INSPECTED. NO CALL OUT SERVICE. UNDER THE CONSURMER RIGHTS ACT 2015, THEY HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM, THOUGH THEIR NOT INTERESTED AND JUST IGNORE THIS LEGAL RIGHT.
