Brilliant, although their phone lines are busy; email them and Chris will reply promptly, he dealt with my queries well, the product itself was brilliant, installed yesterday, came with everything that is needed to Install it! The only issue was; I bought the product 1 week before the sale! It is £140.00 cheapest on the electrical website, however, it dropped to £110.00 which was perfect! However, Best buy from this website, cheapest! 6 months warranty though! FAST DELIVERY! 48HOURS! ORDER BEFORE 3PM WEEKDAYS. Friday order; arrive Monday! Got it fitted the following Tuesday! Working great so far, God willing!

I bought a ring thermostat from this joke of a company. Item eventually arrived but was inoperable. Customer service was non existent, replacement never sent, refund never sent, sporadic responses to emails. In the end I had to invoke a section 75 through my credit card to get my money back. Thankfully I purchased via barclaycard. DYOR but you have been warned
