I bought a 125cc ultra it had a dangerous fault that they tried to fix but it reoccurred due to no fault of my own. I then wanted a refund or fixing with reassurances that they had fixed the problem. They don't know how the problem occured. So in quick summary I feel what they sold me was not true in my experience. I will do a thorough review in the future with much ,ore detail of everything so people can see why I give now a 1 star review. Also I asked one of the employees about the cobalt and child labour and exploitation. They did not say that there batteries did not come from such sources but instead said they were troubled by this stuff and were aware if it. To be fair all the batteries in the world are supposed to come from terrible treatment of poor people. Google it documentaries and videos are out there.

Although I did not end up purchasing an electric moped, the owner could not have been more helpful and understanding. I was able to borrow a helmet and have a trial ride around the estate, only to discover that my own mobility and balance problems prevented me from feeling safe riding on the road. I have reluctantly accepted that my bike licence of around 50 years is not going to be used again. I really appreciated the opportunity that was given to me to - and the time and helpful attitude of the owner and his staff.

The bike was delivered to my place of work and was carefully shown all the features and controls. Forward a few weeks and the bike has performed as expected and achived all of the performance marks I needed from it. Highly satisfied with my purchase.
