This company are awful when it comes to returning a product. They gave me incorrect information regarding my return on many occassions. They were to refund me over £500 for a gate motor. It took them over a month to return my money. There staff were very unhelpful and knew very little. They did not return my calls when they said they would. They deal with FAAC and it appears that they are equally disorganised. They took a 10% restocking charge as well as me having to pay for return post as they would not insure the items for return if they returned them to FAAC. FAAC confirmed how much they returned to EGS and it appears they make almost over 30% mark up on price. Despite this they offer a very poor service and I would not use this company again. I also would advise others to stay away from them.
