A fantastic shop. The team in there are very welcoming and knowledgable about the bikes. I spoke to Arryn (I believe), who walked me through all the bikes. I also spoke to Luca on the phone who knew lots about the bikes too. Never felt pushy or rude. I would really recommend this shop for your next purchase.

These guys were my heroes today. I had locked my bike outside the post office nearby, and when I returned, my padlocks had seized and they refused to open. I was so scared at the thought of having to abandon my very expensive Pashley Aurora I was in a state. These boys came out with a massive bolt cutter and saved the day. It was super handy as I found out that they actually repair all types of bikes too, not just electric bikes - good for my husband and I as we use our bikes a lot and thought we had nowhere to go once John had left. Good news all round!

Bought a bike from them August on the cycle Scheme from NHS supplied goods to the value of £3200 ?? Balance due £800 sent many emails etc numerous phone calls ? Actually had to now contact Consumer Rights to help and get a resolution sorted ? They do not respond to any emails or phone calls I have made for the past 3 months Still waiting ? No resolution from them to date ?
