(Translated by Google) Beautiful 5-star hotel (because there is a spa and a swimming pool...) nice room with a panoramic view (on the site) but in reality we have a view of a construction site of several buildings under renovation and cranes!! ! they could specify it in the reservation....the bathroom is nice but no door...it is open directly to the bedroom..no privacy except the toilet and the shower are closed. The products made available in distributors are of good quality, the bedding is very good and the soundproofing is perfect. Correct breakfast but without refinement, no homemade products like you can find in other 5 star hotels. Standard breakfast. In the evening the breakfast room turns into a "hipe" restaurant with a DJ, loud music, the golden youth of Manchester is there! the food is expensive but very good. It was mentioned "elegant outfit" on the site but most wear jeans and sneakers see jogging ..... it's a restaurant for young people. The others, go your way and eat outside. The bar is nice and the bartenders make great cocktails in front of you the show too! The spa is beautiful and the gym is fabulous! In general we liked our stay in this hotel, only downside: the RECEPTION, we were badly received by a haughty and sniffling young gentleman, without any smile or sympathy, terrible service Sir !!!!!! Expedited and visibly annoyed, he nonchalantly and indifferently pushed the credit card reader at us without even thanking us for the large sum we were going to pay, he gave us a very bad first impression! and in the morning when hotel guests walk past reception they don't even greet you! Heartbreaking service for such a nice hotel! (Original) Bel hotel 5 étoiles ( parce qu'il y a un spa et une piscine...) jolie chambre avec vue panoramique ( sur le site) mais en réalité on a la vue sur un chantier de plusieurs immeubles en rénovation et de grues!!! ils pourraient le spécifier dans la réservation....la salle de bain est jolie mais pas de porte...elle est ouverte directement sur la chambre..aucune intimité sauf les toilettes et la douche sont fermées. Les produits mis à dispositions dans des distributeurs sont de bonnes qualité, la literie est très bonne et l'insonorisation parfaite. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans rafinement, pas de produits faits maison comme on peut trouver dans d'autres hôtels 5 étoiles. Petit déjeuner standard. Le soir la salle du petit-déjeuner se transforme en restaurant "hipe" avec un DJ, musique à fond, la jeunesse dorée de Manchester est là! les plats sont chers mais très bon. Il était mentionné "tenue élégante" sur le site mais la plupart portent des jeans et des basquets voir des joggings.....c'est un restaurant pour les jeunes. Les autres, passez votre chemin et allez manger dehors. Le bar est sympa et les barmans font de super cocktails devant vous le show en plus! Le spa est beau et la salle de gym est fabuleuse! En général nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel, seul bémol : la RECEPTION, nous avons été mal reçus par un jeune monsieur hautain et renifflant, sans aucun sourire ni sympathie, affreux service Monsieur !!!!!! Expéditif et visiblement agacé, il nous a poussé le lecteur de carte de crédit avec nonchalance et indiférence sans même nous remercier de la grosse somme que nous allions payer, il nous a donné une très mauvaise première impression! et le matin quand les clients de l'hôtel passent devant la réception ils ne vous saluent même pas! Service navrant pour un si bel hôtel!
