    I booked a party for the Greatest show on earth and paid for 26 people Christmas party and was promised a minimum of 3 tables The doors opened at 7pm and we entered a freezing cold room where guests were sitting around the table in their overcoats to our distress we had been crammed onto 2 tables making seating uncomfortable Once the show started it was very amateurish and resembled a “holiday reps”show in a 3 star hotel in Benidorm The sound system was completely inadequate and sounded so muffled and distorted that you couldn’t even make out what language it was in, and must have been awful for the guests sitting directly behind the speakers the highlight of the show was the girl juggling hoops that light up The starters eventually arrived at 9pm and the dinner arrived at 9.30 just too late to be eating some guests had eaten the meal while others had not even been served,there was a lady trying to organise the waitresses and waiters but she had completely lost control and was visibly very stressed The main meal consisted of one slice of turkey one carrot one 1/4 of parsnip 1 roast potato 1 spoonful of mashed potatoes and a spoon of gravy I asked to see the management to relay our disappointment but only a security person came to the table who stated that he was unable to make any comment several people from other tables started asking him questions and he became angry and aggressive totally unprofessional the supervisor trying to organise the dinner was asked by a small crowd if they could order in a McDonald’s delivery as they were all hungry her response was “Do what you like I’m too busy to deal with you lot now “ The bar was managed by only 2 bartenders who had to deal with a large crowd of people trying to get served and was taking 30 to 40 minutes to get service Overall it was a SHAMBLES done on the cheap very disappointing The evening cost a lot of money as bar was very expensive also I would ask the management to respond to this review
