Undertook an annual service, passed and issued certificate, same evening after I used the boiler for first time after service, it wasn’t working, they sent the same engineer the next day who identified an issue, asked me to make a claim on my maintenance policy, did and was advised beyond economical repair (it was working absolutely fine before annual service). MD advised he wouldn’t even fix as not worth it, leaving me with a £2000+ expense for new boiler. Not happy at all. Service: Heating system maintenance
