Appalling service. Had to wait 10 minutes to be served despite no one being at the bar. Then tried to charge me a service fee for handing me 2 bottles of tonic water and glasses. When I asked for the charge to be removed the barman then says 'I'll make you wait 15 minutes next time' shocking

Jason, please look-up the definition of Caesar Salad. What I got wasn't a Caesar Salad by any definition I can find: Romaine Lettuce : No, a dressing of egg and Parmesan cheese : No, in fact no dressing at all. Instead we got large chunks of apple, Walnuts (plain not candied as on the menu) and rumours of Gorgonzola (the faint smell but no visible evidence). Chicken was cooked nicely, not dry like most places and my colleagues enjoyed their pizzas. But even with Jason Atherton's name above the door, £20 is a lot for some Frankenstein hybrid of a Caesar and Waldorf Salad.

Cocktails were great. But the so called "table service" was pointless. Not a place impatient people
