Overall a good experience and smooth transaction. Even though the car was at their Bromsgrove site they brought it over to the Wellesbourne premises for us. Professional throughout; one of the good guys! I could not fault the service provided, from initially seeing the car online, Adam was very responsive and helpful, and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. In a lot of cases, the proof of a good seller is how they handle things when they go wrong. Unfortunately, outside of the direct control of the dealer I had an issue with the car I bought. Once made aware of this, they acted swiftly, professionally and resolved the issue, without argument, within a few days, to my satisfaction. Prior to buying, it was clear these guys had a good online and local reputation and I am pleased to say they lived up to this. I would have no issues recommending them or buying from them in future. Recently I purchased a 2002 mercedes slk being a older vehicle it was a part exchange clearance car after a brief description over the phone which was very accurate on first seeing the car being a part exchange I pleasantly surprised how well it was presented I was given freedom to look over the car and test drive no pressure into buying it at all I was given all the documentation to look at the communication has been excellent I would have no issues in going back to buy a retail vehicle
