    My daughter needed alterations to her school blazer and The Dressmaker fitted us in and did the alterations in just 24 hours, she is a lovely lady and very professional work, i will be recommending and using her services again thank you

    Emma failed to come to our first appointment, the second she cancelled last minute due to her daughter's health. Although no communication to let me know about when I could get my dress that was supposedly ready. I basically had to almost get the police involved to get my dress back! She told me my dress was half finished but when I got it back after going to her house to demand it she hasn't yet started to work despite saying it would be ready. Don't waste your time, I have given her the benefit of the doubt too many times. Despite Emmas comment.. this is an honest account and reflection on my experience. My agenda is certainly not harassment. I've made a review on here and did also on her Facebook page to warn others. But she deleted the Facebook one!

    DO NOT USE! 0 stars, cant comment on the quality of work as she failed to do any. I stupidly trusted this woman with my wedding dress 6 weeks ago, two weeks ago she cancelled our meeting to get my dress. I’ve had a lot of difficulty getting in touch and Emma came up with a lot of excuses as to why she couldn’t make appointments or even reply to messages. She was blatantly lying the work was underway as when I finally turned up at her house to retrieve my dress she had done nothing! She is a liar and makes unrealistic promises, DO NOT USE!

    Very good at alterations, can't fault the lady's work but her timekeeping and communication is not so good. Should have had an item back 3 weeks before we got them
