Staff are helpful without being at all pushy, and so well organised. We came home with a beautiful prom dress without going over budget. Would definitely recommend

Travelled 1 hour 45 minutes to get there and not being able to try a dress on. Lady was rude. We arrived around about 5:15 the shop website states the shop shuts at 5:30. We walked in to be told they are closing.. we said the website shop says 5:30. They allowed us to have a quick look. We seen a dress which was £400 and she wasn’t allowed to try the dress on even tho it hadn’t turned 5:30. As she stated she has been there since 9:00 in the morning.. which is understandable but for the sake of £400 I would of at least let her try the dress on as it wasn’t 5:30. Lost £400.00

Just travelled over 50 minutes with a newborn to this shop I should not have bothered. I walked in to be very shocked by the 8 rails of dresses with about 6 dresses on each when the store is the size of a warehouse. When it came to trying on my dresses each one was damaged, a blue one with sequins which was all frayed at the back with the zip hanging off and there was a large amount of beads missing from the dress. We then went to try on other dresses and each one had at least one hole on it or a large amount of snags, frays and plucks. When I finally chose a dress which I wanted to buy we noticed that it was frayed a lot around just under the bottom, and on the chest and all down the left side of the dress. Then someone from the store took the dress over to have its final check where she noticed 2 grease stains and as she moved it I noticed a further two. For all this the dress only got taken down to £245 and it needed altering also. Each dress was no where near brand new quality and in my opinion weren't even fit for second hand! I wouldn't even give one star but I don't have an option for 0. Would not recommend, wasted trip and very disappointing.
