Great doctors doing long hours and under paid,not really the GPS fault with our bad government. All staff in dower house are kind and helpful. Not many people would agree with my review but i get treated with respect and lots of support from my doctor ❤ so this is my honest opinion.

It’s really frustrating when your skin is bleeding from your psoriasis and your told you can’t have an appointment so to use E consult and wait days for a reply then given the wrong information in regards to a repeat prescription. I’ve been passed back and forth from hospital to doctors to pharmacy and a week later I feel like giving up. This is disgraceful! It’s protocol to call a doctors when sick but definitely not a priority to anyone.

Doctors and Nurses incompetent! Not a clue how to deal with children with anxiety and mental health, no patience, no compassion and no bedside manner. Rude and abrupt, nurse evan tried forcing my son in his chair for his injection holding a needle at him! Doctors a joke! Passing blame on us as parents! Disgusting! Definitely would not recommend!!!!

From the experiences my family have had from this surgery I wouldn't rate them at all. No compassion at all . If I was in charge of NHS I would close all surgeries and just have a walk in service at St Mary's, which is what most people are doing at the moment . People are totally frustrated and many try to deal with their illness until they get to the stage where they are taken to hospital as they've become so poorly . Disgusting and no care or thought to people health and mental health .So wrong

Refused point blank to see a relative. Kept trying to diagnose over the phone, and now my relative is in hospital. 3 people in one family all tried getting appointments for different things. I've had to go private, one passed away and now the other one is in hospital. What's the point in having a surgery?

I managed to get a couple of apps with the nurses and they were wonderful. If you need to see a dr there, go to A&E. They simply don’t exist in the surgery. They are petrified to catch covid but for £30 they don’t mind coming to your house to give you a covid jab. They never answer the phone. Whatever happens to you they simply couldn’t be bothered. I lodged a formal complain and by law they are supposed to answer me within 28 working days. We’ll see. Next step care quality commission. You get better health care on the back streets of a third world country. Surgery needs a new manager.
