After waiting for over an hour for my call to be answered I gave up. It is Wednesday afternoon, so not a peak time.

This surgery is an absolute disgrace should be closed down and government funding withdrawn, I have been registered at this surgery all my life and I just had to wait 1 hour 25 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, and i called out of peak hours, what would it take to have an adequate phone system, infact it would of been longer but I gave up in the end, what is the point of this service it is masquerading as a health service , God help any body who is in desperate need for this surgery's services as you would not be able to talk to a receptionist let alone see a doctor for an appointment God helps us all

It's 13:49 I'm not even trying to get an appointment, I called to find the procedure on how to register with this surgery. I joined the queue in 4th place, I eventually reached first place. I spent over 20 mins in 1st place. Is this a joke?

Would give a minus rating if it was available, waiting time on hold is absolutely disgusting. The practice has gone downhill big time.

Trying to book an appointment for my little boy as requested via letter by the GP themselves. I have now been on hold for 59 minutes and am still only 2nd in the queue. I know times are tough but this is ridiculous?!!!

As others have said.. This used to be a good practice but it is becoming harder to see anyone or actually get through to reception (not the receptionist's fault I have to admit) at 8.00 am in the morning. it is a lottery trying to get connected and then waiting to see how far down the queue you are.. a 45 minute wait is not uncommon (again not the receptionist's fault) You cannot book ahead for next day so you have to try again.. last time my wife took three days to get through. I feel for anyone paying 15p per minute (the rate for our land line at that time of day) which would cost £6.75p.
