Be very careful with their charges. I wasn’t made aware of the costs for the initial consultation ( telephone) until my call finished and was then asked for £180 fee? I then did find the consultation fees “ conveniently” right at the bottom of the questionnaire sheet. I have always been made aware of fees prior to any consultations with other practices. I then asked why I would be charged £180 fee for 30 minutes when my call was only for 15 minutes, they then did knock this down to £90. I shall be sticking with the practice I use in London as they are not only open about all fees they generally have a sense of care for their patients. I would like to add I do feel a little bad for the receptionist as I can’t imagine I am the only person to complain.

I was made extremely unwell by antibiotics (metronidazole) by Dr Kenyon before a FMT. After letting Dr Kenyon know how I was affected he told me it was not the antibiotic, but that is was simply psychosis (not that I have any history of psychosis at all) and instead of acknowledging the impact of the antibiotic, he tried to sell me CBD oil for +£2,000 instead. The clinic has never taken any accountability for what it did to me, how I have suffered since or how it treated me in the aftermath, in spite of clear examples in medical literature where metronidazole toxicity can occur (yes they’re rare, but they happen, and it happened to me). Approach this clinic with extreme caution.

Excellent experience at Dove clinic. Dr Kenyon is very knowledgeable & experienced. Very grateful to have these treatments on offer. Early days still for the Gut Flora replacement therapy but promising signs. My son is out of bed more now after months in bed feeling so ill. The IV vitamin C has helped too. Wonderful nursing team & welcoming reception staff. Thank you Dove clinic for a good experience.
