Marc replaced a wooden door with a new UPVC door. He was punctual, tidy and thorough. He took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I don't accidentally lock myself out. The door was fitted within the estimated time frame given. He even called to confirm the panel/door had been delivered to the warehouse. Great communication. I would definitely recommend. Marc did an emergency window repair for us and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. Friendly service, he fit us in as soon as he could, and at a very good price. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and will not go anywhere else for the (hopefully less-urgent!) future UPVC maintenance and couple of blown (30 year old) units that need replacing. Cannot thank him enough for getting it sorted so swiftly - and for being kind enough to hide his horror at my shockingly dusty net curtains!
