We had been waiting for the right time to change our front door, as we had recently replaced our windows. I’m a bit of an anorak, and wanted a company small enough to care for our requirements, yet big enough to provide the confidence to a client as devoted to quality as we are. Our motto is ‘buy cheap, buy twice’. Russell gave us the assurance that we needed, and the Rock Door that we choose, would complement our previous choice, (some years ago, for same brand on our back door). We had a little time to wait, though patience is a virtue, and we had contact with the door store again a couple of months later, with a firm delivery time, and installation date. Russell arrived with the team and quickly started to get to work, with Dave & Ryan. The preparation was impeccable, and our choice of door was installed within the half day. My wife provided copious amounts of hot coffee, as it was a chilly, but DRY day. Clean, efficient, and great installers of quality.
