The reason for a 3 star is because of the lack of patience, one particular, staff member has with patrons. She rushes you to get your washing and drying done, because she states, "they are so busy and she has loads to do". However, that's not my problem! I came to get my washing done. I'm providing business to you. I paid to use your machines. Don't tell me I need to remove my dry clothes into my basket and then fold them there. It defeats the purpose of getting them wrinkled-free. Make an area where I can fold my clothes, and maybe I'd be able to take them out of the dryer and fold them there instead. However, that also isn't the case because the whole entire launderette is covered with bags of clean and dirty clothes that are waiting to be picked up by their customers or washed. Don't take on so much business if you can't keep up with the work. They need to remember that they are a launderette and open to the public. If you want to cater to people in the personal laundry service, then open another site specifically for that! Like Iron Maids. Don't bum rush me to wash and dry my clothes, so you can get yours done in time for your clients.
