Went to see Jane three weeks ago. I did alot of research and thought I had found a professional. She was lovely in the clinic. Very hectic set up was at least three people in the waiting room. I said I was happy to wait as most were for botox and being honest I didnt want them rushed. I was in and out having had botox and lip filler in no more than 15 minutes. Lips looked fine coming out; first time I have had them done. Then it turned into a nightmare. I had a large bump and bruise on one side of my head and veins now showing on the other struggled to cover with make up. I started to get lumps all over the top And bottom. I had two large lumps under the bow area making it look like I had a cold sore. I messaged a few days later asking when my review would be. No reply. Sent some pictures; asked if she could call. Yes I was panicking. I had business meetings and a wedding. I knew bruising was a possibilty but this wasnt something I could hide with make up. I am a realistic person I know things can go wrong, I just wanted it putting right. The lady who called was like another person. I was beyond shocked how someone can change so dramatically. Wasnt her problem. She had decided to do a clinic on the sunday which was the only day I could not make. Her responce - “not really my issue come and see the month after if you want to me look at it again”. Implied I should find another practioner going forward. I had paid 260 for lip filler and 280 for botox which I think is high end for manchester. Its not a real clinic; I did not even get a review booked in afterwards which from asking is normal practice. Its a rented chair like a conveyor belt to earn as much in one afternoon Dont be fooled by the instagram posts - couldnt be further from the truth. I took advise from two people before I had them dissolved. Both agreed lumps to that degree where not going to correct themselves. I had filler below my lip line. It felt like I had ulcers in my mouth. Not one for writing negative reviews but would not want someone to go through what I have in the past two weeks.

My appointment for a thread and tint was booked for 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm as I have never been to this salon before and wanted to make sure that I was booked in and knew the place. As soon as I walked in a woman doing nails, who never even looked at me, said do I have an appointment and asked what my name was. She told me to take a seat. She never got up to look for my appointment on the computer or asked anyone else to do it. Then it got to 2pm, when the appointment should have started, and I was told Stacey would be there soon. It got to 2:20pm, when the appointment should have finished, and I was told by someone who wasn’t Stacey (as she wasn’t there!) that she was going to do my eyebrow tint while we wait for Stacey to turn up. I said no, the appointment should have finished by this time and that it’s ridiculous I’ve been sitting here since before my appointment started and no one has told me she wasn’t even here. Completely unprofessional and beyond rude.
