Fantastic, honest, interactive and fun. Legitimate alternative to nct. Final session today left me feeling more confident as a future father. Great advice mixed in with funny but appropriate anecdotes. Also nice having an experienced doctor (overseen 20,000+ births) to help with any technical pregnancy or birth related questions. The real plus was that they were genuinely nice people who cared about everyone’s situation.
