    I used the online appointment form to book an appointment and then waited two weeks for them to reply. They used the Message to ask me to call the reception. When I called, the reception asked me to fill out the online appointment form again. It’s impossible to get an appointment here.

    Used to be a friendly and efficient docs surgery. Sadly, this has now gone and just forms to fill and no patient centred approach - realise there’s pressures, but the decline is stark. Feels like a place I don’t know anymore - decided to leave and go elsewhere after decades at this practice.

    You can only reach out to a doctor using the online system which means that you'll get a call back anytime between 2 to 14days. And that's just a call, if you have to be seen (rare!) then there's more to wait. You can call for other matters but they won't answer the phone or the line will be busy. Most doctors are actually fine (with one exception that will make you feel like a nuisance/burden) but it's just impossible to get to see one, and best case scenario diagnosis are done through phone or messages/photos. It's not surprising that A&E is swamped nowadays.

    Join this practice if you want to be continually ignored by reception and patronised by the dismissive GPs, of which you’ll see in rotation because they don’t assign you one, even for ongoing conditions. So, you’ll have the pleasure of re-explaining your symptoms on every visit. I finally managed to get a blood test after several appointments and crying on the phone (thanks to the rude and belittling manner of the GP). That was back in December and no one even contacted me about the results. You can never get through on the phone so I went in to request them, only to be told to ring up or fill in the online form (I’d already done this many times). I still don’t have the results. God help anyone with a chronic condition like myself trying to get treatment at this practice. Not fit for purpose whatsoever.

    I called the reception to consult something but the staff was very disrespectful. I tried to repeat my question for two more times but felt like she didn’t listen to what I was talking and disturbed me with the same answer. How did she know my question before I finished? Besides, I repeated it twice, which means her answer wasn't at all what I wanted!
