A great looking old structure with an impressive forecourt / external seating area. However the furniture is dilapidated and in need of replacement. Expensive pint of ale, not very good either, and a choice of beers meant for yuppies. I looked at what people left after their plate of food and decided there was better stuff in my local chippie. You can't drink here if you only have cash. Card payment only.

Love this place great for sporting events beautiful on a hot day and great selection of drinks and food is generally good when they haven't run out of dough. Canal side too which is a nice touch

Huge, spacious, comfortable seating, quiet, friendly. Usually plenty of space here, great for an organised social gathering you can really talk. And they sell artisian gin as well which is pretty tasty.
