FRAUD! Won’t return illegal deposit on unlawful garages without building control. Legal case filed against them and the frauds they enable. They can’t be trusted to run a service on behalf of the government because they don’t follow housing act 2004 chapter 4

Out of date online systems. As a landlord when registering a deposit, the same information has to be entered 3 times at least...repetitive, laborious and unnecessary. System should populate the forms from the initial registration. Not compatible with Windows 365...

An amount of £510 was omitted from my claim because I was told I did not reply in time. I did in fact reply in time except there were additional questions and clarifications and my Dad who is 84 fell and had a profusely bleeding wound, then only to realise he contracted COVID when he was hospitalized! So there was a delay in reply to the last question but I wasn't aware that the 10 days allowed for a reply was from when contact was first made. I did reply eventually when my Dad was admitted into hospital quarantine and made it clear the reasons why I could not reply in time, even willing to show hospiyL paperwork as proof - I even laboured my appeal then but the evidence was omitted anyway. Please bear in mind that by the time you contacted me, it had been more than a few months since I lodged my case in June 2022, so I was surprised that you had expected me to respond to your query efficiently when you were far from that. You are expected to mediate between parties fairly and you certainly did not behave that way; I went out of my way to explain to you my reasons for my delay - the evidence you needed for the dispute was already there in your inbox, you simply needed to forward it on. Instead, your officer Kira Yorke-Wilkinson chose to go back and forth on email over days arguing with me rather than spending that time to get crucial evidence through - timeline technicalities mattered more to you than ensuring all evidence was made available in order for the outcome to be fairly assessed, especially when it was within your control You've gotten your mission statement confused.
