AVOID!!! Dishonest tradesman. Quoted me for a boiler service and all the paperwork I signed afterwards indicated that was what I was going to be paying for and while he was in my home he didn’t mention any extra charges. He then sent me a bill for about £100 more than quoted and when I queried the charges he later claimed this was because it was a boiler breakdown, which it wasn’t. Although I had the signed paperwork indicating it was only a service he had done he still threatened to take legal action if I didn’t pay up. So I have paid him because I can’t be bothered with the hassle but highly regret using him in the first place.

James came to quote us for a new boiler after we having been told by our Bosch plan engineer it was unfixable. James took a look over the boiler asked some basic questions and swiftly diagnosed the problem- advising it was repairable. As an OFTEC registered engineer James carried out the work needed and saved us a lot of stress and unnecessary expense. I would highly reccomend this honest and compitent engineer and his team.
